These Terms govern your use of Mile Marker Trip (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
License
Mile Marker Trip is licensed to you, not sold. The App is licensed under Apple's standard End User License Agreement for App Store apps, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Acceptable use
- Don't reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
- Don't use the App in any way that violates applicable law.
- Don't use iCloud sharing to harass, defraud, or harm others.
- Don't rely on the App for navigation in safety-critical situations. Directions from Apple Maps inside the App are best-effort and may be incomplete or out of date.
AI-generated content
The App uses Apple Intelligence to generate trip names, recaps, trivia questions, and cover art. AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or out of date. Treat it as a creative starting point. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on or sharing it.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIVE U.S. DOLLARS.
Subscriptions
Mile Marker Pro is an auto-renewing yearly subscription billed by Apple. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated Terms take effect when posted with a new effective date.
